- The Priesthood - I am so thankful for this gift and blessing that we have in our family. It is such a comfort to know that I can ask for a blessing whenever I stand in need of one as well as Bhodi. I feel so privileged to have had Bhodi blessed by his own father. Nick performed a very special blessing for Bhodi. Although I do not remember many of the words I remember the spirit that was there and the feelings that I felt.
- The Holy Ghost - I am so grateful for the inspriation that comes to my mind when I most need it. I want to strive to always have him as my constant companion. Answers concerning some of my prayers were answered this week and I felt the words come into my mind. It has been awhile since I have experienced this. I am realizing that while I have been good I have not been as close to the Lord or the Spirit as I should have been and I need to repent and try harder to be closer to Him in this way.
- My mom - who spent the first few weeks, after I gave birth to Bhodi, at my house. She spent her days just keeping me company, reading books, doing dishes and making meals. I really needed her there and I really appreciated having her at my house to support me. Thanks mom. I love you!
- Modern advances such as eyeglasses. I dont know what I would do without glasses. be blind I guess. Today I went the day without them and I couldn't see a thing the whole day. I can not make eye contact with people or focus on anything. Glasses rock!
- The use of my legs - the ability to get up and do whatever I want whenever I want. Total freedom and independence. They also allow me to do my favorite things like hike, walk, snowboard, swim, work-out, etc...
- the sacrament- every week I can renew my covenants, be washed clean again, and remeber Him. I am grateful that I can continually repent. I am honored to take His name upon my own and I am forever indebted to Him.
- Thank you Nathan and Kerri Davis for hooking me up and getting my wisdom teeth pulled! That was awesome and I dont know if I ever thanked you!
- General Conference. I was bummed that it was no longer on TV but the little that I did see was wonderful and uplifting. I will have to watch/read the rest when it comes out.
- Bhodi being healthy. All weekend he had a fever and upset stomach, he fussed and cried a ton. I missed his beautiful smile. :)
- Jessyka for watching Bhodi on the days I have to work! I love her she is my best friend and I am forvever indebted to her!
- My husband, Nick, who is always there for me and ever so patient. I mean really patient. Who gives me every Saturday that he has to do what I want to do instead of what he wants to do. Who also works long hard hours to help support our family.
- Brooke, my sister, who showed me how to make a cute flower out of fabric yesterday.
- My mom who makes great dinners that we enjoy having together. Who is always so selfless and giving of herself.
